Thank you darling for taking leave today so that I can go for the cookies baking class in peace today. Thank you sooooo much for being understanding and purposely taking leave to help me take care of the children as well as sending me to and fro the class.
Thank you Carolyn and Yvonne as well as my sister, thank you for stretching out your helping hand and help me with my orders even though it is going to be your birthday on Tues, sis. I'm sorry I didn't have the time to bake you any cake, but I will try to squeeze some time out and treat you a meal. I'm really touched for all your help when I'm feeling helplessly helpless.

I"m depressed
I saw someone wrote in her msn msg as "my gals are depressed after the maid had gone" something like that. Now, I'm the other who is depressed.
During this 1 year of staying at home, I didn't realise that the relationship which was built up between me and my maid is not employee and employer relationship, we had actually built a more like sisters or friends relationship. I kinda missed her, miss her laughter and kapo-ness. When she's around, whenever I received a new order, I will be very happy and telling her about the order and how she can help me as well as how we are going to do about it. We shared the joy and fun but now, nobody to share them. I cried last night.
The new maid is a headache. Can you imagine, she can't even wash a milk bottle or bowl properly? The way she wash is like children playing with water, transfering water from 1 bottle to the other and later rinse again, not from the tap, but she will fill the bottle with water again and do the pouring....can die leh. Today she went through an army training by my hb while I'm away for cookies class. Hope after today, she can buck up and work better. By the way, conclusion with her is she is a very stubborn gal. She cannot understand what we say at all. I have a feeling, I won't keep her for long. For now, I'm just giving her a chance to prove herself, if she didn't, that's it, cos I'm already had my limit. With 3 kids, I can't afford her to take her own sweet time to do her washing and twisting her bum around. I need someone tuff to work fast and be agilent. If can, I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY OLD MAID BACK!!!!!

Bye Sugiyarti
Hiaz.... my maid went back to her kampong already after helping me out for 2 years.
Yesterday, I sent my maid to airport and treated her a meal of Burger King before she departed. Kind of sad to see her leave as afterall, she had been with me for the past 1 year and during this year, she helped me alot in my baking.
Today, after she's gone, I still have 1 order to bake, 1 9" mango filling cake and 15 cups tiramisu. I worked till 12am last nite. After I sent her to airport and rush to Adelphi to buy the sesame street topper (hiaz, this is another case), and came home about 3pm to start my baking. Oh, before she left, she still helped me to bake the cake for the tiramisu cup. Luckily, she helped me with this one, else I think I can worked till 2-3am.
After I baked the cake, I washed the gals' clothings as well as a few pcs of my own clothes. It's really a very suay day (I guess everyday is a suay day for me :() The washing machine leaked, so it was out of order for me to use :( then when I was making my tiramisu, 15 cups, I'm just lacked of 1 scoop of the cream to complete the 15 cups!!! Just 1 small scoop!!! So, no choice, I got to whip up another batch of it to complete it and now I have many many cups of tiramisu choking up in my fridge!!! *Faint*
It was such a tiring day and I still have another day to go. I hope my new maid can work well after she had settled in.

Poor Toes
Hiaz, went to see doctor last nite and tonite got to go for X-ray liao. Doctor said most likely that's crack, but dunno if it's just hairline crack or something worst. So got to take X-ray. Hiaz...I still got 2 classes to teach and also a few orders to do...HOW!!!??? And my maid is going back this Saturday *faintz* ...and new maid only arrives on the 10th *faint faint faint*....
Hiaz, now got to trouble my mum to help me out when I bake liao. But now headache how to teach as this wound will takes 6-8 weeks to heal!!!!
Hope I can have an easy and smooth class....

My toes!!!
Ok, after all the happy occassion, here's my sad episode.

Sad, today got to see dr liao. The front part of my feet had swollen, don't know got cracked bone or not, and it's still PAINFUL!!!!! :(
More updates on Reyna's Birthday
Due to previous experience from Renise, I feel that during a party, parents tends to catch up with each other while the kids just run around the place which I think it's quite tedious to keep track where the kids had gone, hence, this time round, I've engaged Alpha Plus, to help me to keep the kids entertained for awhile so that their parents have a chance to have their lunch as well as to catch up each others.
Their services were very good, beside performing magic show for the children, they also did ballon sculpting for all the kids to take home and they are very accomodating, though my party started late, they did not charge me more for that, I really thank them for it. And best of all, they also helped me to capture some photos which I was so busy with the guests that I've forgotten about it. It's really nice of them to help me in many other ways. Thanks Glen and Alphonso. :)
For Reyna's cake, I've baked her a vanilla sponge cake with mango filling. On top of that, I still prepare her 30 cups of cupcakes so that some can have the cupcakes instead of the mango cake.
This were the cakes I baked for her:
All children had enjoyed themselves alot and I'm glad they all did.
Thank you to all Reyna's cousins and aunties and friends for helping out in the party and thank you all guests for your attendance to make this party a successful one.

Happy Birthday Reyna!!!
Finally, her birthday is over!! Tired, Tired, all my gals had "overworked" today. They enjoyed so much.
Me too, is very happy. :) I've worked 18 hrs yesterday to prepare her cakes for her big day! Plus 1 order. So happy with the cake I've done for her. haha so proud of myself :P
I did her a pooh bear mango cake and 30 small cupcakes to go with the theme. Best of all, I also did Piglet figurine, it was such a snatch. :p
Will upload the cake picture and more of her bday picture tomorrow.
Oh yes, something suay on me today. When I tried to keep the tables in the function room, the table just fel directly on my toes, now I'm wondering if I've got a cracked toe as the pain is still there now at this time and it is black now. Hope tomorrow I will get better, else I will have to see a doctor and hope it's not a bad news. :p
